HOW TO BE A
GOOD NEIGHBOUR
IN DIFFICULT TIMES
Well, what seemed a distant faraway problem is well and truly on our doorstep here in Palm Beach and across Australia. Like everyone, we want to resist the spread of infection to ensure the most vulnerable in our communities are kept safe and well. And to prevent our healthcare system reaching the levels of pressure we’ve seen happening overseas.
Everyone at Everyday Massive is now welcome to work from home, we’re sanitising our work stations consistently and keeping a safe distance from one another.
Being a team of relatively young, fit, healthy people, we’re most concerned about those in our community who are vulnerable due to age or pre-existing illness.
Many of us share buildings, neighbourhoods, streets with people who may be more at risk and less able to make it to the supermarket or get out and about — and we want to help.
But how do you connect with relative strangers when you don’t know their phone number or even if they’re in need?
A good old fashioned flyer, of course!
If you’re feeling the same as us and want to help, we’ve attached a simple PDF to print and put up in your building or neighbourhood, in case there’s someone who needs help in the coming weeks.
You can download it here.
Stay safe and well, everybody.
And remember:
Wash hands
Keep coughs and sneezes to yourself
Keep 1.8m distance (good news for haphephobics)
Look after one another
