An onboarding experience with a focus on people, not paperwork.
Everyday Massive partnered with Probuild to design an onboarding experience that would be truly reflective of their vision: a commitment to building greatness, and their employee value proposition: an experience beyond expectation.
Using human-centred design, the process considered the emotional journey of new Probuilders, incorporating cultural, technical and learning touchpoints across a range of channels and mediums to build capability and connection. Equally important, technology was used to allow for scalability, a distributed workforce, and reduce administrative burden.
The result? An immersive thirteen-month onboarding experience with a focus on people, not paperwork — one that delivered incredible outcomes.
