There are dog people and there are cat people. Then, there are those, like Ali, who profess to be ‘big dog people’.
How big is big enough to be considered a ‘big dog’, one wonders? Were we to chart the hounds of Everyday Massive on a continuum from Posh (Dachshund) to Sonny (Golden Retriever) what would Ali consider big enough? Certainly not Baxter (half Maltese, quarter Poodle, quarter Australian Terrier), Mia (Toy Poodle), Mr Parsley (Maltese Shih Tzu) or Louis. However, Liddy’s Wolfhound Border Collie cross and Greyhound Mastiff would certainly make the cut.
Dogma on pooch size and small canine bigotry aside, Ali brings a wealth of expertise to the Experience Strategist role at Everyday Massive. With ten years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, project and change management, media and public relations, communications and campaigns in various policy areas, particularly health and education, it’s no wonder she’s hit the ground at full pelt.
While I cannot condone her penchant for anchovies on pizza, I can appreciate her love of sea life in a far more appropriate context — the ocean. Having recently lived in Cairns, Ali has an adventurous spirit and a fondness for the sea.
Currently based in Sydney, we can’t wait for the borders to open so we can share a bevvy with Ali in person and introduce her to the EM menagerie.
