A MASSIVE
WELCOME
— D’NEALE
Meet our new Director of Operations.
D’Neale joins us from a lengthy tenure as a Global Talent & Leadership facilitator and People and Culture Manager across ANZ at IKEA. With a love of people matched only by her proficiency with flat pack furniture*, De takes on the role of Director of Operations at Everyday Massive.
Not only does De bring a wealth of expertise to our work designing experiences throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, she also ensures that as our team grows, we maintain the great culture we’ve worked so hard to build — our vision and values, and work/life manifesto of work without boundaries.
De’s experience includes managing a team of 35 HR professionals across talent acquisition, organisational capability and transformation, employee experience, HR operations, L&D, equality and diversity and people analytics; global leadership development; innovation change models and tools leveraging human centered design; and commercial responsibility at executive level. It’s… a lot.
While her professional chops are undisputed, it takes more than mere talent to impress the EM team. Namely: sneakers. De certainly has big city chic, but will she find the right Nike’s to pair with sequins; the ideal Adidas to accompany a blazer? (Trick question: always Original Superstar). Given what she’s already accomplished in her first two weeks, I have no doubt.
Coincidentally, IKEA’s vision to create a better everyday life for the many people is eerily similar to our own vision to create a world where people go to work happy and go home happier and our mission to move the many.
Could there be a more perfect segue?

* Such is her commitment, De still carries a set of Allen (Ållen 🤔) keys in her handbag.
