At Everyday Massive, a good chunk of our team is represented by the younger generations. Because who better to design the future of work, than the ones who will comprise it?
Rach is one of those frustratingly/wonderfully talented young people. Someone you just know will accomplish remarkable things.
She joins the production team, applying rigour, strategy and creativity to help bring big ideas to life.
Coming from a Health and Safety role at Lendlease Engineering, Rach brings experience in safety communication, learning and development, and data analysis. Her time on site has given her an invaluable understanding of what resonates in the real world, along with an extensive vocabulary of construction terminology, well represented by a certain noun/verb that begins with ‘f’*.
The team describes her as a safety genius; able to look at complex data and information, consider the context and apply human-centred design to make them relevant and engaging to a frontline audience.
Outside work, Rach enjoys yoga, surfing, books, tea and the occasional margarita. Oh, and she’s quite the snacker. Which is almost mandatory, given the production team eat like Hobbits — regularly inhaling bulk carbs for breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses and brunch.
Before starting, Rach said she was looking forward to working with people who are fun, creative and energetic; keen to push boundaries and produce meaningful work; and truly passionate about changing lives.
She’s going to fit in here perfectly.
