The second in our Safety Talks series saw us joined by a great (and growing) bunch of savvy safety professionals for an enthusiastic bound through the topic of human-centred communication. Of all the aspects we obsess over at Everyday Massive, communication is foremost, so an hour was never going to be enough (heck, a week wouldn’t be near enough to even scratch the surface).
Still, we covered a lot.
We explored the importance of communication for improving engagement. We looked at how determining the purpose of communication helps determine our approach and increases effectiveness. We outlined the human-centred design approach we use here at Everyday Massive. And finally, we dived into a couple of case studies, including visualising key safety metrics with PepsiCo and Building Safety Greatness with Probuild. <Takes deep breath>
